How does the ordering process work?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email requesting your personalisation details, such as your wording, font selections, ribbon choices, and any collection-specific options. I will then create an online proof for you to review and approve before printing begins.

Can I personalise the wording?

Yes — all wording is fully editable. You can personalise names, dates, venues, timings, additional information, and more to suit your wedding perfectly.

Can I choose my fonts and colours?

Absolutely. The collections allow you to select from a range of fonts, ribbon colours, envelope options, and finishing details to create stationery that reflects your wedding style. If your desired choices are not included within the collection listings, please get in touch to discuss your bespoke requirements!

Do I need artistic experience to complete the invitations?

Not at all. The collections are designed to be enjoyable and accessible for everyone, even if you have never used the techniques before. Guidance cards and video tutorials are included to help you through the process step-by-step along with practice materials to refine your technique before moving on to the final stationery.

What is included in the materials packs?

Materials packs include the creative supplies needed to hand-finish coordinating stationery pieces such as evening invitations, menus, save the dates, and place cards. The contents vary depending on the collection.

Do I need to purchase a materials pack if I already bought the wedding invitations?

No — if you have already purchased the main wedding invitation collection, the core materials are already included with your order. Materials packs are intended for additional stationery items that do not include the full creative kit where the wedding invitations have not already been purchased.

Can I request a bespoke design?

Yes — I would love to hear your ideas. If you have a particular vision, colour palette, or style in mind, please feel free to get in touch to discuss bespoke options.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. An online proof will always be sent to you before printing begins so you can review all wording, layout, and personalisation details. Printing will only begin once approval has been received.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 weeks of your final proof approval. Once your proof has been approved, printing and preparation of your stationery will begin. Please note that larger or bespoke orders may occasionally require slightly longer, but you will always be kept updated throughout the process.

Do you offer matching stationery?

Yes — many collections include matching save the dates, evening invitations, menus, place cards and additional wedding day stationery to create a beautiful, cohesive look throughout your wedding.

Can I order samples?

Yes — sample options are available for each collection, allowing you to see the quality, materials, and finishes before placing your full order.

Please note: if a printed sample option is selected, the stationery will feature pre-designed sample wording rather than your own personalised information.
